Fred Dielwart Founder and Director....
Fred began his professional life as a civil engineer after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand - BSc. (Civil) Eng. and obtaining Professional Engineer status. After an initial period in both construction and consulting Fred joined an internationally recognized mining company (JCI) in 1981 as senior civil design engineer. He progressed into the project management arena involved principally in a diverse range of building and property development projects. His career within JCI spanned 17 years with his roles being extremely diverse from civil design to project management and property development.
In 1999 Fred was head hunted by a large construction company (Group Five) to address their Y2K problems and to take on the strategic role of Group IT Manager. After selecting and successfully implementing new software to eliminate any Y2K issues Fred addressed the strategic future of MIS and IT at Group Five which included its Business Continuity Planning.
In 2002, after immigrating to Australia, Fred joined the James Fielding Group (JFG) as Business Process Manager, helping to establish James Fielding Property Services. Initially Fred selected their property management application, implemented it, set up all their policies and procedures, opened several interstate offices and was responsible for their MIS / IT services.
When James Fielding merged with Mirvac in December 2004, Fred was appointed as Mirvac's
GM Business Operations and later as GM Business Processes.
Fred left Mirvac in December 2008 and established his own consultancy - ReVamp Consulting - focusing on offering his clients Value Added Management Processes.
